It has been great and my pleasure to met up with Cao MinHui, who has been practising Pan Nam style Wing Chun in Fo Shan for close to 5 years.

Da Kau Pang Form
I also managed to catch a glimpse of the "Chum Kiu" form, performed with softness and grace as well as the "Da Kau Pang" - literally translated as 'Whacking Dog Stick" form, made famous by the ancient historical figure "Hoong 7 Kung". Surprisingly, Cao learnt the form stick form from the descendants of "Loong Moon (Dragon Gate)Tai Chi"
